Booking Terms & Conditions

 

Signature Experience:
– We require 100% non-refundable, pre-payment within 7 days of your booking date.
– In case of cancellation by the client within 7 days of booking date, you forfeit the entire fee paid, unless we can fill your date with another booking.
– In the event of cancellation due to wet-weather we will refund you 100% of the fee paid.

 

Group Experience:
– We require a $125 non-refundable deposit payment to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due within 7 days of booking date.
– In the event of cancellation by the client within 7 days of booking date, you forfeit the entire fee paid, unless we can fill your date with another group booking.
– In the event of cancellation due to wet-weather within 7 days of your booking date, we will refund you 100% of the fee paid.

 

Gift Vouchers:
– Toast the Sun Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and valid for 6 months from date of issue.
– Expired gift vouchers can be redeemed by clients for an additional fee of $195.00.
